version 3.0 ---> 4.0         Cronological order, may be redundant.

-fixed bug with uzi hands (discoloration @ certain firing frame)
-re-did some parts of the shotgun pump frames B0, C0, D0.
-added better shotgun muzzle flashes (barrel reflects fire), and
 no longer looks out of sync (it never was, but looked it).
-faster rocket launcher reload
-sectors don't light up when firing the rocket launcher
-fixed copper tops of spent shells (look brighter now)
-added Blood-style SSG shell ejections w/ noise
-added new tech keys & hell artifacts, with status bar icons and deh text
-made BFG use 50 cells, like quake2
-fixed hanging gore - it doesn't block you anymore
-added d2enh ejector pin to sht2e0 entry
-added duke3d nightvision goggles sprite
-added new title screen
-added doomguy's hands to all uzis
-added new offset plasma rifle and plasma - slower
-Replaced fruity mushroom explosion with the spare frames from the
 previous release.. looks a lot better.
-made blood effects better suited for Legacy
-got rid of large blood puddles in favor of Legacy's blood FX
-completely de-tuned the plasma rifle
-reverted all keys
-got rid of colormap changes
-got rid of most useless sounds and sprites
-reverted lost soul back to flying skull
-lost souls are metallic, so they puff when shot
-made lower enemies about 10% tougher (than previous dtcog versions)
-made spectre a little faster than demon
-made single uzi held 'gangsta style' - still with Doomguy's hands
-made better Doom64 style keys
-made skull key texture look scarier - like Doom64 
-added extra sprites for gore and misc. decorations
-added more shootable gore (on the ground)
-added destroyable items (health)
-added Legacy Status Bar Overlay icons to match the new weapons
-fixed armor jacket to work with zdoom's hud
-added Right handed punch
-made crosshair #2 into a laser sight (sort of)


To Do:
-get rid of more unneccessary stuff in the wad
-add doomguy's hands to rocket launcher?
-possibly make offset rocket launcher (not likely..)
-make BFG readout screen more high tech and less fruity
-make demon scarier & have bloodier death (add fangs, red eyes, claws, etc)
-include demo level with everything
-Change all weapons to look better than their original counterparts.
-BFG Should look very intimidating, perhaps like Duke3d's violator
-Double Barrelled should be offset, and right-handed
-Rocket launcher should be very big and bulky
