Changes - new things and fixes from the last version.

-The SPAS-12 secondary fire now shoots hyper-accurate slugs. Pumps for a reason!
-Added imp custom death from getting hit by SPAS-12 slugs.
-The knife wall-hit sparks no longer hurt you.
-Tweaked knife attack code, primary fire of knife makes sense now and secondary fire works better.
-Berserk packs now work with the knife.
-Added new ORIGINAL song and got rid of stolen one. Song file is also integrated INTO THE WAD, and for those who care to extract and listen to it outside of the game, it is in OGG format and must be renamed as such to work properly.
-The M-61 grenade is actually usefully damaging now, the delay until its explosion is shorter, and the smoke effects do not hang around afterwards.
-The M79 sounds are fixed, as are its grenades' explosions.
-Zombiemen will now lose arms randomly to ANY weapon.
-The .22 revolver now has infinite ammo and a greater rate of fire, and the fists have been removed.
-Added secondary fire to Glock 22: triple burst. The primary and secondary fire are balanced, however.
-Reduced M4's M203 grenade launcher damage and took away M203 grenade bounce for game balance reasons.
-Added new background picture and menu title.
-The HORRIBLY ANNOYING green weapon names in the corner of the screen have been removed, allowing for use of a crosshair with all weapons except the grenade which now has a grenade picture in the corner instead.
-Various fixes and tweaks to ensure graphical consistency and engine compatibility.
