THE MEGAMAZE COMPLETE SOLUTION.

Stuck in the cargo lift on Level 5? Wasted by a trap? Repeatly falling into
the acid on Level 4? Lost? Here's the solution.

Tips.
-----

Level 1.
--------

Q: Why is this level so easy?
A: Every Doom multi-level WAD must have an easy start so the players are
ready to enter the atmosphere. If it's too easy try playing it on a harder
diffuculty level. Don't expect any Mancubi and Revanants to crop up though.

Q: This level is too flat!
A: Chill out! You're not into the chemical plant yet.....

Q: Why bother with this as the level's too easy?
A: You're right, there's nothing but a load of **** monsters in your way.

Q: Oh and why put **** instead of (censored)?
A: Because there are kids (like me) at my age (11) who are looking this. That
is the best form of censorship. ASK ME PROPER QUESTIONS NOW!!!

Level 2.
--------

Q: Okay onto Gameplay questions, where's the BFG9000
A: There isn't one. The WAD would be too easy without them. Next.

Q: How do I kill the Hell Knight in such a small space?
A: Simple Question, Simple Answer move a lot. Try running up and quickly
shooting him while running away? And then strafe.

Q: Where's the CyberDemon?
A: On Level 5.

Q: I'm stuck finding the Blue KeyCard! I've got to the top of the level and
I can't find anywhere I can get it, I think it's in this knobbly area, did I
look hard enough there?
A: No. Use the AutoMap and look in an unexplored area up there. You are
supposed to run past it.

Level 3.
--------

Q: Cool house in the Yellow KeyCard area, who's is it?
A: Well, the whole of it is not my house, it's from the bit with the Barons
and the purpose HOM is. But from there, it's a downstairs plan (minus the
Garage.) of my house and the room upstairs a small scale of my own room.

Q: Your room is that small.
A: Ermm... yes.

Q: My God!
A: Shut up, and on with the ******* questions.

Q: Stop using that ******** star-system.
A: ON WITH THE QUESTIONS OR I'LL... I'll think of something.

Q: How do I kill the Baron on the lift to the Blue Keycard? He nails me
every time.
A: Like the Hell Knight procedure only a few more times and if you're
standing a long way away from him, rocket him.

Q: Neat lift.
A: That's not a question but thanks anyhow.

Q: Woah! There's loads of monsters in the Blue KeyCard outdoor setting! How
do I kill them all!
A: Hmmm.... a chaingun may be useful. Careful in the room in the centre,
there's a Baron in there!

Q: Where is the Yellow KeyCard Room.
A: Somewhere at the start.

Q: Bah! Why make it so stupidly obvious?
A: For annoying reasons, next.

Q: The two Barons in the room that leads to the other rooms....
A: Is giving you more problems? Tough bit. Try legging it upstairs or picking
them off one by one and fast. Use a rocket gun.

Q: Why do you call the Rocket Launcher the rocket gun.
A: I sometimes prefer typing in lower case and gun is obviously shorter than
Launcher isn't it?

Level 4.
--------

Q: This level's tough isn't there a shortcut?
A: No.

Q: You're kidding.
A: No.

Q: Are you going to keep answering no?
A: No.

Q: You just did.
A: Just start the questions.

Q: Okay, the Pain Elements are troubling me.
A: Run up and kill with a Super Shotgun very close up. Keep firing and
laughing.

Q: What is the purpose of that Demon on the stairs...
A: None.

Q: So why put it there.
A: *ahem*

Q: Sorry, Is there a way round the crushing walls?
A: Nope, not one.

Q: I keep getting squelched.
A: Run into the wall when it's fully hit the floor and keep running towards
the door and open it.

Q: YIKES! The tight-walk bits tough! Is there a way up when you fall down?
A: No.

Q: Please give help for that bit.
A: If you've got a 486 DX4/100 (my old testing machine.) then you can try
maxamizing your screen size. With a 486 DX2/66 you might be able to maximize
your screen size at a (probable, I never tested a DX2/66) slow-down risk.
Any lower you'll just have to use your own screen size, try killing all the
enemies before moving onto the platforms.

Q: I have a low-end 386 and my screen-size is minimum. This is stupid, if
I raise the size it'll go stupidly slow.
A: Then I'm afraid you'll have to cheat through the whole section with the
IDCLIP cheat. Get the Red KeyCard first though.

Q: This maze is big! Any....
A: No shortcuts, just keep moving.

Q: Barons at the end.
A: Same old tactic.

Q: What's level 5 like.
A: Very hard.

Q: No! No! NO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
A: Calm down, it's only it's only a computer game.

Q: Sorry.
A: Never mind.

Level 5.
--------

Q: I've got as far as the crusher, I keep getting srunched. Help please.
A: Hmm... first don't run into the wall, move forward and quickly run back
when the traps moving, then grab the Lite goggles and move to any side of the
crushers, left or right and when you can run forward do so.

Q: I ran off the cargo lift at the start, any suggestions how do get back on?
A: Hit the switch where the Demon behind you was (or is. If it's that case
kill it first.)

Q: I ran onto the second, white looking walls, I can't get up. No switches.
Need help.
A: Opps. You screwed up there, type IDCLEV05 I'm afraid.

Q: The Archnotrons are annoying. Any help?
A: Yeah, keep running and shooting around them.

Q: Is the spiral staircase really Multi-Storey.
A: No, it's a Teleporter trick.

Q: YOIKES! The CyberDemon! How do I get round him.
A: You don't get round him, you kill him.

Q: No way.
A: Yes way.

Q: Okay, okay, but how, I eat CyberDemons for breakfast! But not in
small spaces like this!
A: Run round and shoot with the ammo provided.

Q: He's dead, how do I get the KeyCard though?
A: The area you made the CyberDemon appear, there's another switch isn't
there. Don't leave until you hit it. Then move to the TelePad and there is
a switch to hit, hit it.

Q: That's the end of the solution.
A: Yeah, whaddya want me to do now? Draw a diagram? Show how to beat all the
monsters?

Q: Yeah!
A: You sure?

Q: YEAH!
A: Positive?

Q: YES!!!!!
A: Tough luck. That's the show for tonight, see you tommorrow with Q + A = A
