Free Interpretation : Episode 1 Mission 2. (FREE_VLX.LMP) Okay, I know
this one is darn easy. But if you followed my
career so far, you'll know I'm a keyboard man. (See
			  below)
I was checking a list of posibilities for my free
interpretation and found this one begging to be
done. I usually do it 30 secs flat with pistol only,
but could I do it grabbing at least the chaingun?
So I decided to try it with this slight self-impo-
ssed handicap on. I know lot of mousers could do it
with less, but, again, I use only the keyboard.

Comments : Episode 3 Mission 5 (E3L5_VLX.LMP) Another easy
one. I just needed two trials runs to warm up.
Episode 2 Mission 3 (E2L3_VLX.LMP) Short and power-
ful, this level delivers some goodies. But I had
to replay it a lot, because it's more based on
luck than skill to finish it. Most of the time I
kept bumping on that Baron of Hell when he was
blocking the door out the Blue Keycard room.
			  Episode 2 Mission 7 (E2L7_VLX.LMP) This level isn't
difficult at all. It's just TOO DARN LONG. After
the Nth replay, I was just dancing with demons
(a nice title for a movie? Naah! Can't be!) among
the crates, but it was always a little infuriating
if I did a misstep somewhere. Lots of places to
stumble on and be stuck on a wall.

Author info : A keyboard jockey, I hate the mouse to play Doom
(I've never mastered it to play games, except
Dark Castle. DARK WHAT!?!). If you think my
recordings are lousy, I would like to see you
trying it with a KEYBOARD ONLY. When I put together
my Doom Velox Exam, I felt right at home. Running
around, shooting things, without constraints of
100 % kills or anything else than par time.
Ah, great... (Having to hunt down everything on
a mission freaks me out. It's a little beyond my
			  patience).
I am currently putting together a dictionary of
DOOM terminology. I delivered some of my own
coining in my Doom 2 Master Exam and here
are a few more, so if you have some to share,
			  please E-mail them to me.
Some more of my own terms:
ROAMER: A silly monster, which goes bumping around
a room amd won't come at you even if he sees you.
DANCING A ROOM: Going thru a room zig-zagging
			  among monsters.
CALLING ATTENTION: The shot you blast in a room
entrance to attract the monsters to you OR the
shot you place in the face of a roamer so you can
start putting it out of its misery. Not valid for
imps, humans or sargents if using something more
beyond fist or pistol. (Dark origins of the term:
There's an old joke of using a sledgehammer to hit
a mule's head just to get its attention, henceforth
I consider using a shotgun at the head of a demon
			  an appropiate attention call.)
