(Not much of a story, but....)

The Prison.

Time-line : A few months after the victory in DOOM 2


After the victory, all the demons were not destroyed, some survived, in
remote areas of Earth. The cleanup sqauds were created - Crack Marines, the
best of the best. Naturally, you were one of them. Command HQ recieves a
message from Squad 12 - "We...........attack....... some sort of lab.......
time travel......"

If the anylists a correct, squad 12 got wiped out, and from the message it
seems the demons are building some sort of Time Travel device. Obviously
this cannot be allowed to happen, and must be stopped. Squads 1 & 2 get sent
in to destroy the place, and if possible, salvage the equipment.

However, something goes wrong, and the teleporter stream destabilizes,
teleporting the squads into the heart of the complex..... Most are killed
almost instantly, however, during the firefight, some of the Marines
(Including you) manage to escape..... so they think. In the end they become
overpowered, and captured by the demons.... you get knocked out, and awaken
in a prison cell, with an extreamly old and primitive force-field emplacement... designed for low power usage. Suddenly a warning speaker blares out "Emergancy... Emergancy... breach in labs.."
Next thing there is an earthquake which causes a door in the wall to open,
and taking your que, you run out, finding a zombie partially buried in
rubble, you relieve him of his pistol...

"Damn... only ten shots.... better make 'em count!"






NOTES:

This level is setup in a HUB, and was designed for 2 player co-op, however
it can be finished on UV in Single Player.

You really should start from MAP01.... Starting at a different map will just
screw things up... especially when you go back to MAP01. Although... for a
hub it is pretty linear..... :)

This set of levels contains a new monster, known as 'The Assasin of Hell'.

This new monster takes the place of the SS NAZI.
