LemDM 0.9
9/10/01

Install:
Unzip all files in the zip into your doom 2 directory and run install.bat - this will add all the necessary sprites to lemgfx.wad.

How To Play:
I strongly recommend you use Death Manager (Dm.exe) to play. Add the wads Lemgfx.wad, Lemlevs.wad, Lempics.wad, Lemsound.wad, and Lemtx.wad from within DM.
To start the game not in deathmatch mode in case you want to watch the demos or wander around the levels by yourself you can also type:
doom2 -file lemsound.wad lemgfx.wad lempics.wad lemtx.wad lemlevs.wad
or use the batch file lemdm.bat
I strongly suggest that you use original doom 2 to play LemDM since that is what it is designed for. I do not know how well it will work under source ports of doom.

The Levels:
1 "The Tower" by Ian Esplin
2 "Simple 2" by Ben Wagner
3 "DM1" by Michael Lynch
4 "The Stadium" by Ben Wagner
5 "The Maze" by Ben Wagner
6 "Joust" by Ben Wagner
7 "Dead Simple" by Id
8 "The Pit" by Ian Esplin
9 "The Shotgun Room" by Ben Wagner
10 "Asimple" by Ben Wagner
11 "The Waterhole" by Ben Wagner
12 "The Cliffs" by Ian Esplin
13 "The Arena" by Ben Wagner
14 "A Shortcut Through The Forest" by Ben Wagner
15 "The Bridge" by Ben Wagner

Level 7, Dead Simple was left unchanged as a tribute to one of my favourite levels. It's even more fun with lemmings sprites and sounds.
Note that in Level 4, The Stadium you can lower the sides of the stadium by pressing the use button anywhere along the wall.
I am aware that almost all the levels have no exit. This is not a mistake - use DM to choose the level.
Also I know that a few of these levels will have visual bugs under Doom Legacy though they should still be playable. Either put up with this or use the original doom 2. I have not tested LemDM under other source ports.
A Shortcut Through The Forest is based on the level from Lemmings 3D.

Demos:
The three demos are of me and Mick playing. They are all from my perspective.

Credits:
Lemmings DM put together by me (Ben Wagner), except for:
Level 1,8,12; the player sprite; walking lemmings texture and castle texture by Ian Esplin.
Level 3 by Michael Lynch.
