My idea of an Egyptian level was sparked by my latest N64 game, Banjo-Kazooi.
The Egyptian level just inspired me to attempt to create a sphinx
in any game I could think of. Unfortunately, I didn't have any Quake
editors, so I used Doom2 instead. Oh, well...nobody make fun of my
poor Sphinx's face!

  Info
========
Date: 13 September 1998
Editor:	DCK
Time taken:	probably about 9 hours
Node time:	9.5 seconds
Players:	Single Only

Difficulty settings: Yes

Bugs: It glitches a bit in the open area, due to the many sectors of the
sphinx and the pyramids. And, for some reason, you always get 0% items.

Description:	An evil Egyptian dictator has created a synthetic Valley of
the Kings, and has built an underground bio-warfare research
facility. Destroy the bastard and any of the strange beings
he may have unearthed. With any luck, these ancient creatures
have already impaled his head on an electrode and are using
his brain-waves to control their ancient power supply...
