           *This episode was truly intended as a single-player experience,
            but I did provide deathmatch and co-op capabilities.  However,
            I was unable to test each level for this, so I am cannot
            guarantee that it will be error free in deathmatch/co-op mode.
            If you play a deathmatch or co-op game and have problems, I am
            sorry, but it is unavoidable.  E-mail me a description of the
            error and what was going on in the game when it occurred, and
            I'll see if it is fixable.

create a sequal, so would prefer that the story-line is not altered.

(i.e., a collection on CD like D!Zone or one of the dozen of others), so long
as you include all accompanying files with it.  I am not AGAINST releasing
this episode in a collection of wads, but you MUST contact me first for
permission.
