*  SmartDeck for Windows Version 1.0 *
**************************************
If your the musician who writes and records from home, this package
   is for YOU!

SmartDeck is a studio project management system and serial controller
for TASCAM multi-track recorders that gives you complete control of
your music projects with simple mouse clicks and/or quick key tape
positioning. Tape positioning has never been quicker or easier with
SmartDecks Scrolling Song Markers that allow you to give a name to a
section of tape and cue by name with a click of the mouse. You can
keep track of who is recording on each track, the amount of time they
have accumulated while recording the track, and the instrument make
and model (from a database that you create) used in recording the track.
The amount of time spent working on each song in a project, and the
project itself is recorded to help you keep your project within it's
budget. SmartDecks DDE connection to CakeWalk Professional lets you
control playback and cuing of Cakewalk from SmartDecks transport.
Designed for studios, record companies/producers, audio engineers, and
anyone who owns a TASCAM multi-track recorder with serial capabilities.

For more information, send us some e-mail requesting a promo for

There may be a Windows 95 version yet! For those of you who have been
crying out for one, Fall of 96 looks good!

*  LogoPop for DOS *
********************
Need a DOS screen saver that displays YOUR companies logo in GRAPHICS
   mode? This is for you!

LogoPop is a DOS screen saver, but not the normal hum-drum ones that
you're used to! LogoPop will display a logo that you can create using
Microsoft Paint, or any other program that can create Windows bitmaps.
Your logo will be displayed after a time-out (that you define) event
has elapsed, or just be pressing the activation keys. LogoPop "pops"
up in graphics mode, so no more of that boring "blank screen" DOS
screen saver stuff! LogoPop leaves a very small footprint (approx.
7.5K) in memory even when the bitmap (which can be > 32K) is being
   displayed and moved around!

LogoPop will not "pop up" during a Windows session. It will detect
windows and stay hiden until your Windows session ends so that it
doesn't interfere with your Windows screen savers.

Projects we are currently working on:

   - SmartDeck for Windows 95
      See SmartDeck for Windows 1.0
   - SpeedWare for Windows 95
This is a "specialty garage" (if you will) program for shops that do
car modifications. Basically, it manages the data for a customer and
his/her car through the process of modification. The program will
keep track of modifications in detailed form, allowing a print out
to the customer of before and after pictures, along with all
modifications, their cost, the technician who applied the modifications
etc. The difference between this and say a POS system or BMS, is that
this applies more detail pertaining to the customer end. The system
is geared toward providing detailed information to the customer about
modifications, and customer/car tracking for the shop owner.
   - FlopHouse for Windows 95
This is a floppy disk management system. Your floppies are coded with
id numbers so that when inserted, can be identified by FlopHouse
and it's contents listed without having to scan the disk. This replaces
the pain of sticking labels to your floppies, and of course over writing
all those descriptions on the label til you've run out of room to
label the disks new contents. FlopHouse will organize those boxes of
floppies lying around so that you'll know what's on them without having
to label them. Just give them a FlopHouse ID!
   - The Big 'Q' is a drag racing simulator.
(Please address questions and comments to Brad Herbert)
Although preliminary work has started on this project, it's expected
release isn't until fall of 97.
